BUSINESS STATIONERY

As part of the core marketing materials and templates, we designed a corporate business package for Vericor Homes that included business cards, letterhead, note card and envelopes.

MASTER BRAND ADS

Vericor’s master brand ads are designed to feature storytelling lifestyle hero imagery to make an emotional connection, with headlines connecting the hero imagery scene to key Vericor Homes selling points. While the body copy focuses on who they are, what they specialize in and how they work, the image mosiac highlights interior and exterior photos of their homes.

MASTER NEIGHBORHOOD ADS

Vericor’s master neighborhood ads use the hero image and headline to highlight a specific feature Vericor Homes offers. The image mosaic is used to show both exterior and interior model homes, along with an image that represent the community. Body copy speaks to both the Vericor Homes brand as well as the features of the neighborhood, with space for the neighborhood logo to be included.

PRINT + DIGITAL AD TEMPLATES

After developing master brand and neighborhood focused ads, we created print and digital templates in the most common sizes. Included with full working files was a library of headlines and imagery for Vericor sales agents to easily version ads as needed.

SALES MATERIALS

Industry standard for new home builders is to have a brochure and folder with inserts to give their prospective buyers. The brochure is a budget conscious way to give people something tangible with more information. For serious buyers, a premium folder that stands out from competitors is a necessity, with inserts highlighting everything from house plan options and builder features, to community highlights and pricing.

SIGNAGE

From posters for sales agents’ offices, to the neighborhood and model home signage, we developed a variety of signage templates to carry the branding throughout potential buyer visits.

BRAND BOOK

After the logo and tagline were finalized, we developed a brand book to serve as a road map for the brand and development of all marketing materials. This 23-page pdf document includes brand voice and visual guidelines, allowing anyone to understand and use the Vericor brand assets easily and consistently.

BRAND VOICE GUIDELINES

After doing thorough research, we created guidelines that included the mission statement, target audience and key insights, brand values, tonality, and the dos and don’ts for written content.

VISUAL GUIDELINES

Once the brand voice guidelines were established, we created the primary look and feel for the brand, building out the full visual guidelines for imagery, logos, text and colors.
